In Serbia anti-government protests continue for the ninth week. Tens of thousands of people took to the streets in Belgrade and other cities. The activists left boxes with letters for authorities. They have written their demands in these letters.

The main demand is the resignation of President Alexander Vucic. Protesters accuse Vucic of suppressing democracy. People point out that the president is eliminating opponents and putting pressure on the media.

The protests in Serbia began on December 8, 2018. This all began because of the beating of the oppositionist Borko Stefanovic.
