A man suspected of shooting three people dead in Utrecht has been arrested, a police spokesperson confirmed to Euronews. Prosecutor Rutger Jeuken also confirmed this, Euronews reports.
The suspect, a Turkish-born man named as Gokmen Tanis who is 37-years-old, had previously been arrested, the prosecutor said without giving further details.
